Utah Metropolitan Ballet

  • Throughout Ryan’s time with Utah Metropolitan Ballet, he has performed the roles of:

    • Peter Pan in Peter Pan

    • The Prince in Snow White

    • Snow Prince

    • Waltz of the Flowers pas de deux in Jacqueline Colledge’s Nutcracker,

    • As well as originating The Cowardly Lion in The Wonderful Wizard of Oz!

Masters of Fine Arts

  • Hatch graduated with his Master's of Fine Arts in Choreography through Jacksonville University in April 2024 and a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Dance from Brigham Young University in April 2020. Hatch has performed with The Ruth and Nathan Hale Theatre in their inaugural season in their production, An American in Paris. He has also performed with Chrysalis Ballet. While attending Brigham Young University (BYU), he danced on full scholarship with BYU Theatre Ballet and served as the student president. While at BYU he performed Principal roles in works by George Balanchine, Gerald Arpino, Paul Taylor, and Martha Graham.

Certifications

  • Hatch is certified in Progressing Ballet Technique and attended the CPYB Teacher Training. He is an adjunct faculty member at Brigham Young University. Hatch is excited for another season with Utah Metropolitan Ballet!
